New Meetups Launching at The Oceanside Sanctuary

Meetup groups at OSC are where we build relationships while engaging in shared learning, interests, activities, or stages of life. Usually meeting in the evenings 1–2 times per month, these groups provide space to connect, grow, and have fun with others in the OSC community.

In addition to our existing Meetups – the monthly Zoom Book Club, Laguna Hills Dinner & Dialogue, South O/Encinitas Meetup, Pub Theology in Oceanside, and QueerCom Social – we are excited to announce several new groups launching soon:

Sanctuary Families

A relaxed meetup for parents to connect while kids play freely. Exact dates and times will be set by participants—sign up to get the details.

• Schedule: Sundays at 3 pm. 

• Location: Various parks

Young Professionals

This is a space for young professionals at OSC to make connections with peers in a similar stage of life.

• Leaders: Ryan Romero & Joriene Mercado

• Launching: 4/1/26

• When: First Wednesday of the month, 6:00–7:30 pm

• Where: Belching Beaver Tavern & Grill, Vista, CA

Multi-Gen Dinner & Dialogue

This is a community-building group exploring perspectives across generations over shared meals and conversation.

• Leaders: Fran Donnelly & Ed & Charlene Leavel

• Launching: 4/10/26

• When: Two Saturdays per month, 5–7 pm

• Where: The Donnelly Home

Oceanside Book Study
