Many of you know we (Jason and Jenell) will be embarking on a planned sabbatical leave next summer, from June through August and that we applied for a Lilly Foundation grant to cover some of those expenses. Many of you helped us with that grant as writers, editors, and contributors to our public feedback process. Unfortunately, we received news last week that we were not selected as a grant recipient.

Yesterday at our annual congregational meeting The Oceanside Sanctuary members present unanimously approved our Fiscal Year 26-27 slate of Board members and officers and the proposed Fiscal Year 26-27 budget.

Below is your voter information packet for the FY 2026 congregational meeting on Sunday, June 28th. Our church members gather on the last Sunday of every June immediately after the regular worship service to deliberate on important business items for the coming fiscal year, which runs from July 1 through June 30.
