Announcing Our New Family Minister and Operations Manager

Dear OSC Family,

We have some wonderful news to share about two new additions to the OSC staff:

CJ Palmer, Interim Family Minister

First, we are excited to announce that long-time church member CJ Palmer is joining our staff as the part-time Interim Family Minister, helping guide and grow our programs for children and youth.

CJ comes to us with a wealth of experience, more than two decades of working with children through education, recreation, and ministry. He served as a Children’s Pastor for nearly 10 years and has led everything from summer camps and afterschool programs to large scale community events. He is known for building dynamic, inclusive, and joy filled environments where kids thrive.

This is a tremendous gift for our community. CJ will be helping us bring vitality, fun, and vision to our OSC Kids programming and coaching us on how to sustain and expand these ministries as we grow. He will also be working alongside Niko to help grow our youth offerings both on Sunday mornings and for special events. We are incredibly blessed to have someone of his caliber joining our team during this interim season. Keep an eye out for new opportunities for families, kids, and volunteers.

Molly Marsh, Operations Manager

Second, we are excited to share that another church member, Molly Marsh, has joined the staff as our new part-time Operations Manager. In this role she will be primarily responsible for improving and managing our administrative processes.

Like CJ, Molly brings incredible depth of experience to our team. She has primarily worked in nonprofit settings, helping executive teams figure out how to better organize their efforts and extend their impact in the community. This, of course, is exactly what we need at OSC, so we feel incredibly blessed to have her join our team.

You will see both CJ and Molly working on Sunday, so when you have a chance, introduce yourself offer them a warm welcome!

Blessings,

Jason & Jenell Coker
