Dear OSC family,
We are delighted to announce that Deviné Hardy has joined The Oceanside Sanctuary staff team as our new Children & Youth Program Manager.
From our first conversations, it was clear that Deviné brings both thoughtful organization and vibrant creativity to her work with children and youth. She is passionate about crafting engaging, justice-centered programming that helps young people explore faith through storytelling, discussion, movement, and art. Her approach honors different learning styles while creating meaningful opportunities for reflection and community. Deviné shares our commitment to grounding children’s ministry in love, liberation, and real-world impact for the common good.
Deviné will serve in this role part-time, and will partner with Niko Butler to develop youth programs outside of Sunday morning. We are thrilled to welcome her to the team as we continue investing in the spiritual lives of our children and youth. Please welcome her to the OSC community.
