🎄 Stocking Stuffing Project: Share a Little Joy This Christmas!

🎄 Stocking Stuffing Project: Share a Little Joy This Christmas!

Join us as we spread holiday cheer to children in our community! Our goal this season is to fill 73 Christmas stockings for our food pantry children aged 0-10 with small gifts, and we need your help to make it happen.

From now through Sunday, December 14, you’re invited to bring stocking stuffers—anything small, sweet, playful, or practical—to church and drop them directly into the stockings hanging along the pews. Watch our sanctuary come alive as those stockings fill with love week by week!

On Sunday, December 7, our youth will gather for a festive Stocking Decorating Party, complete with a short reflection on peace, breakfast burritos, cozy hot cocoa, music, and crafts. They’ll be adding their creative touch to each stocking before the final collection.

How You Can Participate

  • Bring stocking stuffers for ages 0–10 on Dec 7 or Dec 14

  • Invite Youth to our Decorating Party During Service Sunday Dec 7

  • Drop items right into the stockings hanging on the pews

  • Help us reach our goal of filling all 73 by Sunday, December 14

Together, let’s make the season brighter—one stocking at a time!

When the World is Heavy: A Message for OSC Families

Dear OSC families, if your household has been feeling the weight of what’s happening in Los Angeles and throughout California lately, you are not alone. Many of us - grown-ups and kids alike - are wondering: Why does the world feel so broken right now? Where is God in all of this?

Exciting Changes for Our Youngest Kids!

Exciting Changes for Our Youngest Kids!

Exciting news for our youngest kids! Starting in March, our toddlers and pre-K kids (ages 2-4) will have their own dedicated classroom for play, learning, and age-appropriate spiritual formation. This change creates a calmer nursery for infants while helping toddlers transition into their own space. Join us on March 9 & 30 as we launch this new class!
