Help Our Local Youth "Start on the Right Foot" This School Year!
As the back-to-school season quickly approaches, we want to ensure every child in our community steps into their new classroom with confidence. That’s why we are thrilled to announce our first-ever "Start on the Right Foot" shoe drive!
In partnership with the OSC Food Pantry, we are collecting brand-new shoes for local youth, and we need your help to make it a success.
How It Works
Getting involved is simple, personal, and incredibly impactful:
Sign Up: Let us know how many children you’d like to sponsor.
Get Paired: We will match you with a specific child from the OSC Pantry, providing you with their exact shoe size and favorite color.
Go Shopping: Pick out a brand-new pair of shoes that fits their unique style!
The Guidelines
To ensure every child receives shoes of a similar quality, we ask that all participants follow a few quick guidelines:
Budget: Please keep your purchase within the $30–$50 range.
Receipt: Place the store receipt directly inside the shoebox.
Drop-off Deadline: Bring your donated shoes to The Oceanside Sanctuary on or before August 2.
