At The Oceanside Sanctuary we connect with lots of people who have been in controlling, harmful, and even abusive religious spaces. Often people are done with they way they were shamed and manipulated, but they still find value in their faith. That’s why we are so excited to launch our new therapeutic group experience called, Processing Religious Trauma.
As we near the end of the second year of a global pandemic, I am amazed by the resilience, passion, and impact of this church. I can honestly say that, at least for the 6 years I have served as pastor, we have never been healthier than we are today. The end of the year means it’s time for our year-end fund drive…
